How do I ask for a price?
Send us the product name, quantity, and event date on Messenger. Include any personalization or packaging you have in mind so we can quote the order.
Why aren’t prices listed for every item?
The price depends on the quantity, design, materials, and packaging. Message us for a quote for your order.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product. Ask us about the item you’re interested in and we’ll confirm the minimum quantity.
How long does an order take?
Production usually takes 7–14 days after downpayment verification. Delivery time is separate. Send us your event date before paying so we can confirm the schedule, especially for large orders.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders are subject to approval. Tell us when you need the order so we can check whether we can accommodate it. Any rush fee will be confirmed with you before you proceed.
How do I pay?
You can pay a 70% downpayment or the full amount upfront through GCash, BDO, Metrobank, BPI, or cash for walk-in payments. Any remaining balance must be paid and verified before pickup or dispatch. Message us for payment details.
Can I have my order delivered?
Yes. We can arrange Lalamove delivery or courier shipping depending on your location. Pickup is also available. Delivery fees are separate from the product price and will be confirmed before booking.
Can I send my own design?
Yes, you can send a design or reference photo. We’ll check what we can make with the available materials and explain any limitations.
